Babies Named Barack and Michelle in Kenya Since Obama's Victory

From CNN video and related to its story, Africans elated by first black U.S. President, comes this piece about newborn twins in Africa named Barack and Michelle. Kenyans are still celebrating Barack Obama's historic win. Obama's father was Kenyan.

According to the video, on the day after Americans voted, one Kenyan hospital delivered six Obamas, two Michelles, and one girl named Baracka Obama. The mother of the twins said she wants her son "to have the same values as the man he's named after" and her daughter to have the "strong character" of the First Lady-to-be.



People rejoiced around the world at Obama's victory.
