It's never to late for anyone to learn, parent or teen. I say take the approach and learn together. Be up front, but be fair!

I read a few chapters of "Say Goodbye to Whining, Complaining, and Bad Attitudes...in you and your kids!" It has more than a few nuggets of wisdom.
