Clueless Living: McNuggets Emergency vs. Breastfeeding Driver

Yesterday I heard two crazy stories: 1.) At Field Negro I heard about an Ohio woman who tried to breastfeed her baby while driving. It's sad, and what Field said about it is true, but I couldn't stop laughing. Maybe it's the way he told the story. 2.) At CNN I heard about the Florida woman, Latreasa L. Goodman, in the video below who called 911 when McDonald's ran out of McNuggets.

Memorable quote from breastfeeding driver as noted by Field: "You want to pop your titty out and breastfeed this kid?" It's what the guy who called it in said she told him.

Breastfeeding driver wins hands down for living while clueless because she endangered her child's life (listen to concerned driver's 911 call here). The breastfeeding driver was given a ticket.

But can you get much more clueless than calling 911 about your fast food order? An AOL story says McNugget woman called 911 three times. Huffpo reports police have charged her with misuse of 911 services, and I guess her fine will be more than the cost of those McNuggets. You can listen to her 911 call at HuffPo.

What were these women thinking?

Last night on Anderson Cooper, the McNugget's call was compared to the 2007 call to 911 by the Detroit cop who stole weed from the evidence room and made pot brownies. He thought he and his significant other were dying. He's no longer with the force.

Dang, dang, dang. It's horrible to have to think this way but I still do and can't help it. "PLEASE don't let them be black." And they BOTH were. Ugh. Wanting her money back? Just cause. Calling 911? Just clueless. Breastfeeding while driving? Yikes! And we have to explain the problem with that to her on top of it. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh. Good logic for both. Faulty execution. I give them each a 5.

Yeah, Monica. I start out the same way, "Please don't let them be black." Sorry we're both disappointed this time.

If it's any consolation, I think the police officer with the pot brownies and 911 was not African-American.

Thank you for your visit. :-)
