Bill O'Reilly is Obsessed With Black People

When is somebody going to sit Bill O'Reilly down and do an intervention? His compulsion to comment on what black people say and do is a sickness. He's obsessed. He's like a damned stalker or a spurned ex husband who can't let go.

He even has to weigh in on Michael Jackson with the Blondie twins, who apparently live in a bubble somewhere sniffing hair bleach, and do a faux debate, concluding that black people are more interested in Michael Jackson than white people. I don't know, but I could have sworn I saw white people in Europe crying and singing Billy Jean and screaming "Michael!"

But why would anybody even do a study to see if black people were more interested in Michael Jackson than white people?

I was thinking the same thing! He and Hannity had to talk about Micheal Jackson. If they think he is getting too much coverage do not add to it by talking about him themselves. STUPID!!! Fox is one channel I sould block before I end up needing meds.

I was hoping you would weigh in on this. My jaw dropped when I heard the O'Reilly clip. (But then why am I surprised that O'Reilly would produce a WTF moment?)

You don't even get into O'Reilly's comment that Black people shouldn't like Michael Jackson because "he bleached his skin and had White children." (If I had to guess at a demographic, I'd say Michael was as big or bigger among White America, not to mention Asia where he was HUUUUGE.)

As if we can only enjoy artists that are of our own ethnicity and background. That would make Bill-O's artistic enjoyments very limited. Let's see overweight, overbearing, offensive White men. Er...Meatloaf?

I think Faux News sees an opportunity in that MJ continues to dominate in the media outlets, and they have to get into it. But, in typical Faux fashion, their wing nut ideology must rise to the top--and thus the idiotic commentary they are now so (in)famous for goes on display. I'm just waiting for Anne Coulter to feel she's not be paid enough attention lately to go off and say even more outrageous things. Unfortunately, all too predictable.

How could they get it?

I have seen this video on a couple of blogs. Each writer has pointed out the same thing-O'Riley is obsessed with Black people.

It is not that we are above or below his comprehension. He knows that this is one way to get us to pay attention to him.

What really cracks me up is the fact that when the Jackson5 began their career he wouldn't of listened to them anyway. They were considered to be a Black singing group.

When it became obvious to rest of America that the little Jackson brother could sing-their response was the Osmond Brothers! For all the obvious reasons.

But if you consider where MJ was funneling his money charity-wise, and how he still managed to keep in the loop with Black folks, it is of no surprise to me that O'Riley is confused. Or at least confused enough to work on getting ratings.

OoOh. Don't go dissing the Osmonds or you'll get us White people mad. Besides, the Osmonds started in 1958, nearly half a decade before the Jacksons. And years before the J5 had their first hit, the Osmonds were already on national TV ( the Andy Williams show.) I just wrote a complimentary post on Donny and hundreds of his fans showed up. Believe me, you wouldn't like them when they're angry.
